U.S. Judge to raise a "sledgehammer" against bank crime

Californian bank battler Billie Rene' France Lillian Powers could make history after an 11 year ordeal triggered by criminal banking.

I spoke with Rene' yesterday. She has some very good people working with her. On July 30th in a US Court the issue of banks abusing credit creation to fleece countries and their people will be on trial.

Rene's home was stolen by a bank - The Bank of New York Mellon. She decided to seek justice and her long battle takes what began in the famous Credit River case to the next level. Success will see banking changed forever. Rene' told me the "people will be compensated for financial crimes against humanity ..... our goal is for government to do the job of indictments. The fines will be trillions...."

Just to give you a taste. Here are some excerpts from Rene's hearing at the California District Court on November 2nd 2017:

Judge David Carter - "What disturbs me is, if these allegations of fraud are not appropriate, be careful with this Court. But if they are, you've just met a sledgehammer ..... I will come down on these parties like you haven't seen, including recommending criminal indictment."

"But let me repeat - if these are fraudulent documents, watch out. Because this will go far beyond a civil matter. I'll refer it over to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Okay?"

Rene' is getting support from around the world. People are lining up to attend the Court hearing. Hundreds are mailing submissions into the Court as "interested parties."
